Your gift moves a veteran through the process

Veterans do not struggle because they are weak. They struggle because the process is expensive, complicated, and easy to walk away from. The Grateful Veteran exists to remove those barriers with education, navigation, and steady support from the first question to the last piece of paperwork.

What a gift does

• $25 puts education materials and a resource packet into a veteran's hands at a tour stop.
• $50 walks one veteran from a first question to a completed application, with someone on the other end of the line the whole way.
• $100 covers a state registration for an approved applicant in an active campaign.
• $250 funds a full seat in a sponsored campaign: physician navigation, state registration for approved applicants, and follow-through after the paperwork is done.

The tour rolls into a new city every few weeks. The questions come in every day. A monthly gift is what keeps someone available on the days when there is no event, no sponsor, and no headline.

What we do, and what we do not do

The Grateful Veteran provides education, assistance, and navigation. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee certification. The physician makes the medical determination.

Eligibility and coverage vary by campaign. Completing a request form does not guarantee assistance.
