• NGB 22: For National Guard members.
• DD256, Discharge Orders, or Discharge Certificate: For Reserves.
• VA Benefits Summary Letter: Includes your dates of service and character of discharge.
• Official Military ID Card or Retirement Card: As additional proof of service.
• Other Official Document: That verifies your service and discharge status.
